The APRICOT team wants you to be and feel safe while attending APRICOT. Below is information on how to get help if you need it.
Emergency Phone Numbers
- Call 199 for Fire and rescue services
- Call 1669 for medical emergencies and rescue services
- Call 1724 for an ambulance in Bangkok
Police
- Call 191 for police
- Call 1155 for the tourist police
- Always get a police report when you report a crime
APRICOT Code of Conduct
APRICOT does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. If you are being harassed, or observe that someone else is being harassed, breaches of the Code of Conduct, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the APRICOT team immediately.
The APRICOT team will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement to provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of APRICOT.

Additionally, as APNIC 57 is run within the APRICOT event, APNIC also has on site several Trusted Contact staff and community members. They can assist you in finding help or resolution and provide an additional avenue to reach out to.
APNIC Trusted Contacts will be wearing white vests or white badges, so that they can be easily identified and approached.
