Peering MeetMe Room

The Peering MeetMe Room is an open space away from the Crystal Hall and the Crystal Hall pre-function area for delegates to arrange their face-to-face meetings during APRICOT 2024.

There is no booking system for the tables provided there. It is purely on a first-come-first-served basis.

The Peering MeetMe Room has around a dozen tables, each table set up for 4 participants to hold a meeting.

The Peering MeetMe Room is Gallery 1 on Level 3, adjacent to the walkway from the guest lifts to the Crystal Hall function area where APRICOT 2024 is being held.

The Peering MeetMe Room will be available from 14:30 to 18:00 on Tuesday 27th February, 09:30 until 17:00 on Wednesday 28th February, and 09:30 until 18:00 on Thursday 29th February.

Delegates who wish to set up meetings with each other may use the APRICOT Meeting Booking System if convenient.
